If you’re a web designer, or just the proud owner of a website, I’m sure you’d like to make sure your website is viewable to not just you, but to everyone using different browsers and operating systems.

This is now possible by using the Browser Shots website. This website takes screenshots of your website from multiple browsers and operating systems. You choose what you want to see your site in.

So what is Browsershots?

Browsershots makes screenshots of your Web design in different browsers. It is a free open-source online service created by Johann C. Rocholl. When you submit your Web address, it will be added to the job queue. A number of distributed computers will open your Web site in their browser. Then they will make screenshots and upload them to the central server here.

VirusTotal-logo Have you ever received a file from someone that you don’t really trust? Ever downloaded a file and suspect it could be infected but your antivirus says otherwise? Well now you can scan for viruses using over 30+ different virus scanners for free!

Virus Total is the name of the website that offers this great service. You simply upload the file that you wish to be scanned to the website, and after a few seconds (depending on your upload speed) the file you uploaded, will start being scanned by each scanner.

When the file is being scanned you’ll be able to see which antivirus is scanning it and what the result is.

VirusTotal is a service that analyzes suspicious files and facilitates the quick detection of viruses, worms, trojans, and all kinds of malware detected by antivirus engines.
